This 3 day cooking course is ideal for both ‘good’ and ‘bad’ cooks everywhere who want to achieve the fabled status of a becoming a genuine chef. 

Set in the beautiful countryside just outside Florence, you will learn to cook in a 13th century villa.

Taught in English, you will learn from an expert how to cook delicious Italian food including learning how to prepare and cook Tuscan specialities, including the art of making pasta fresca.

This is a hands-on class and you'll use fresh ingredients produced on the local estate including oilive oils, fruit and vegtables.

Once the menu is ready, you and your fellow would-be cooks will sit down with the professional chef and eat the delicious Italian food you have prepared.
 

A great end to this short cooking course; eating a good meal accompanied by a glass of wine produced on the school’s estate.

- Classes end when you have finished eating lunch around 2pm leaving you afternoons and evenings free to enjoy Tuscany

- This school offers a transfer service from a central meeting point in Florence to the cooking school which can be arranged with the school at the time of paying your balance by phone for approximately 10 Euros per person for a return trip
