Surrounded by the stunning undulating Tuscan countryside, using olive oil pressed from freshly cultivated olives, and locally grown produce that seems imbued with the very taste of sunshine… dining in Tuscany is an experience that should be had at least once in every lifetime.

Each day a 5-course meal is prepared by the cooking guests, under the guidance of an English-speaking Tuscan chef, before the group dines on the magnificent food they have cooked, served with the estate’s own wine.

Keeping with tradition, the menu changes with the seasons, to ensure only in-season ingredients are used. There is also an optional market visit, accompanying by a Tuscan chef through the famous Florence fresh produce markets and visiting local speciality stores.
