This wonderful cooking school is based in the beautiful Tuscan town of Cortona, on the border of Umbria just 40km or so from Perugia, here your lessons with your chef Jonathan will focus on real Italian food, and enjoying delicious fresh ingredients and traditional recipes that have been passed from generation to generation throughout Italy

- 5 days of hands-on cooking lessons on days 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7
- Cooking lessons will start at 6pm and finish at around 10pm
