Firstly, we should start by saying we don't sell flights or any other transport, instead we give you the flexibility to find transport options that suit you whether it’s by train, plane, boat or car. To find out which airport to fly to or where the nearest train station is for your holiday course, please click on the 'Getting There' tab within each holiday where you'll find the information you need.
Some of our holidays may include transfers from the airport or train station to your accommodation. This could be included in the price of the holiday or as an optional extra which you can add to the booking.
Accommodation options for your holiday
Back to our holidays... Most of our holidays include accommodation, some offer accommodation as an optional extra and some prices are simply for the holiday course only.
To try and make this easier for you, we have added an 'accommodation included’ icon to every page. You can also get a list of what is included in the price on the 'Course Overview' tab of each holiday page.
For more information about the type of accommodation included or on offer, details can be found on the ‘Course Itinerary’ and ‘Optional Accommodation’ tabs on each specific holiday.
Booking your holiday & payment
Booking your holiday is straightforward and easy using our secure online booking system. After you have found where you want to go, you simply follow our easy 3-step booking process where we will calculate your deposit value and take payment by credit or debit card to instantly confirm your booking.
Our booking system allows you to keep your money with you for longer. This is how it works: there’s no need to pay for the entire holiday up front – all you do is pay a small deposit online and then pay the remainder directly to the holiday provider.
Once the deposit is paid, you get instant confirmation and within a few minutes you’ll receive a booking voucher by email detailing everything you need to know about your booking and the holiday provider. Please make sure you have access to your voucher (printed or visible on your phone or tablet) when you arrive for the holiday.
For the balance payment directly to the holiday provider, we provide details on exactly what method of payment is required when booking. Please remember:
- some holiday providers prefer to receive the remaining payment in advance of your arrival date
- some of our holidays will take the remaining payment upon your arrival
We will send you a reminder email regarding payment requirements nearer the time of your holiday.
Holiday feedback & reviews
We love to hear about our guests’ holiday experiences and your feedback is very important to us so within 72 hours of the end of your holiday, we'll send you an email from [email protected] asking you to rate your holiday and to add any comments/feedback/pictures if you wish that will be published on our website.
