What is her background?
Lisa is originally from Ireland. Her mom taught yoga in the seventies, so it is not surprising that the legacy was passed on. She started to practice regularly in her early twenties and when she went on retreat for the first time eight years ago she was inspired to follow the teaching path.

Lisa sees yoga as a unique system of study and practice that integrates seamlessly into all areas of life; recognizing and accommodating many different needs, life stages, cultures and personalities. She trusts in the power of Yoga as the supreme teacher, inviting us through a 5000-year-old practice of asana, pranayama and mediation to explore through the body mind and spirit our true nature.
What are Lisa’s qualifications?
In 2007 she completed a 200 hour teacher training with Dave Curtis and continued her studies in yoga Therapy with Yoga Therapy Ireland. Lisa is currently completing a 500 hour program in Dublin under the guidance of wonderful teachers like Jodie Rufty, James Higgins and Ciara Cronin.
What will learning with her be like?
Lisa aims to bring the balance of learning and lightness to her classes, and will provide individual attention for each student so that they can discover the freedom and discipline that a well – balanced and joyful practice brings.
