Detailed course itinerary
Set in grounds with olive and pine trees and a fun tree house in the gardens, this traditional Turkish retreat is the setting for your Pilates holiday.
Your pilates classes are taught by Stephanie who is spending June in Turkey teaching at the retreat. Stephanie is a trained dancer specialising in belly dancing and has extensive experience teaching pilates which has proven benefits for health and wellbeing.
With 1 or 2 sessions of pilates each day, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the delicious Turkish food, relax in the gardens, explore the city of Bodrum and visit several of the nearby stunning beaches.

- Please note that prices are based on 2 persons sharing
- Single rooms are available for a supplement of £70 per week, if you would like to book this course as a single, just add the single room supplement during the booking process
- Your teacher is English and also speaks Turkish

- You will stay in the retreat for 7 nights / 8 days
Pilates Holiday Course Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival Day
You will be collected at Bodrum and transferred to the retreat
Day 2 – Pilates, Turkish baths and Bodrum
- Your first Pilates class takes place in the morning before breakfast
- After breakfast you’ll visit a traditional Turkish bath and the city of Bodrum
Day 3 – Pilates and nature walk
- You’ll have 2 pilates classes today, one before breakfast and one in the afternoon
- Enjoy a nature walk after breakfast or simply relax at the retreat
- Enjoy a Turkish Bar-B-Q for dinner
Day 4 – Pilates and yacht cruise
- Start your day with a pilates class before breakfast
- After breakfast drive 40minutes to Bodrum where you’ll join your yacht cruise around the coast stopping 4 times for swimming returning to the retreat around 6pm
Day 5 – Pilates and dinner in the village
- Start your day with a pilates class before breakfast
- Enjoy your free time during the day before your second pilates class in the afternoon
- This evening you’ll visit a local villagers house for dinner and enjoy dancing & music with the villagers
Day 6 – Pilates, shopping & beaches
- Start your day with a pilates class before breakfast
- After breakfast you’ll head to Bodrum where you can do some shopping before hitting the beaches
Day 7 – Pilates and free time
- Start your day with a pilates class before breakfast
- Today is a free day to relax or explore the village
Day 8 – Departure day
- You’ll receive a transfer to Bodrum airport for your flight home feeling refreshed and revived and with an insight into Turkish life
Pilates Holiday Course Accommodation
- This traditionally styled Turkish retreat is perched atop a hill in the village surrounded by gardens, olive and pine trees
- The retreat has just 6 twin/double rooms which are traditionally decorated
- There are 2 basic indoor bathrooms and 1 very basic open air bathroom which are all shared by the guests
- All prices are based on two persons sharing the twin/double standard rooms, singles can book these for sole occupancy for a £70 weekly supplement, just add the supplement during the booking process to confirm your single room
- The retreat features a communal lounge and a fun tree house in the gardens for relaxing
Meals
- All meals are cooked by local ladies from the village using fresh ingredients, many of which are grown in the retreat’s gardens
- Meals are cooked using traditional techniques and dietary requirements can be catered for
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the price
