Set in the beautiful countryside of Aveyron, this beautifully restored farmhouse is the setting for your mid week or weekend jewellery making course in France.
Under the guidance of your English host Karen, you’ll learn to use the different jewellery making tools to create your own unique pieces including your choice of necklaces, earrings and bracelets or all three if you prefer.
You’ll spend 2 days in a jewellery making workshop but will have time to kick back and relax at this rural retreat or join your hosts to explore the surrounding area on one of the sightseeing excursions that is included in the price.
Combining fun hands-on jewellery making lessons with a relaxing environment and friendly hosts, this residential jewellery making course promises to get your creative juices flowing.

Jewellery Making Course Start Days
- Courses start on set dates year round
- You will arrive at the farmhouse on Friday or Monday
- Departure days are on Monday or Friday (3 nights/4 days)
- If your flights do not fit with the dates of the course or you would simply like to spend more time in France to explore the surrounding area and countryside, you can choose to add an extra night during the booking process under the 'Extras' section for £75 per person per day extra

Jewellery Making Course Itinerary
Day 1
- You’ll be collected from Rodez airport or train station (other airport collections on request for a supplement) and on the drive to the village of St Geniez d'Olt and the house, you’ll take in some sightseeing
- Your evening is free to make your own arrangements for dinner, if you would like to go to the nearby village transport will be provided
Day 2 and 3
- Following breakfast, you’ll head to the farmhouse table to start your jewellery making lessons
- During each day you’ll break for lunch and during the two days you’ll have some free time to relax or take in some more sightseeing before finishing your own unique jewellery pieces
- Each evening is free to make your own arrangements for dinner, again transport is provided to the nearby village or lake if you wish to visit a local restaurant
Day 4
- After breakfast, guests are asked to check out of their room and you can enjoy some free time in Rodez before being taken to the airport or train station for your trip home

Jewellery Making Course Accommodation & Meals
- This tastefully converted cottage has just 2 twin/double guest rooms located in the attic with stunning views
- Rooms are decorated with good quality white cotton sheets, TV with DVD and easy chair and the cottage boasts a kitchen and lounge area with log fire for use by the guests
- There is one bathroom that is shared between the two rooms with a good shower and plenty of hot water
- Breakfast is included daily
- Lunch is included on the 2 jewellery workshop days
- Vegetarians can be catered for
