A beginner class should name the teacher and form, place the practice culturally, teach one bounded rhythm or movement task and provide correction. Ask whether the floor, footwear, intensity and session length suit your body and starting level.

- Demonstration, correction and adjusted attempt
- Physical intensity, floor, footwear and breaks
- Language, access, safeguarding and cancellation
