This notice explains the intended data practices for the GoLearnTo enquiry service. It remains a draft until the final business entity, service providers, retention periods and contact details have been confirmed and reviewed.
Information we collect
When you make an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, preferred dates, party size, skill level, booking intent and the message you choose to send. We also record the experience, page and provider connected with the enquiry, along with the time it was submitted.
Please do not include health information or other sensitive personal information in the initial enquiry form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to:
- understand what you are looking for;
- contact the named host or ask them to respond;
- keep a record of the introduction and its outcome;
- protect the service from misuse; and
- improve GoLearnTo’s selection and enquiry process.
Marketing messages are separate. We will only send learning-holiday inspiration when you make that optional choice, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing an enquiry
GoLearnTo will not secretly distribute your enquiry to an unknown network. The form identifies the host, or explains when GoLearnTo will contact that host on your behalf. We share only information reasonably necessary for the host to answer the enquiry.
Service providers
We may use carefully selected service providers for website hosting, database storage, email delivery, security and operational record keeping. They may process information only for the service they provide to GoLearnTo and under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep information
The final retention period will be stated here before launch. Enquiries will not be kept longer than reasonably necessary to handle the introduction, meet legal obligations and maintain essential business records.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time.
