Staying in a converted olive press in a peaceful corner of the Datca peninsula, you greet each day with a healthy local breakfast and an hour of yoga: then, freshly toned and energised, get down to morning and afternoon sessions of salsa, tango and merengue.

You should have just enough energy left to watch the sunset cross-legged from the excellent (and often deserted) nearby beaches. That’s what we call holistic.
