Serves 4
Ingredients
2 small ripe avocados
300g date puree
4-5 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
The juice of one orange
The zest of 1/4 orange
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
NB: This mousse can be made with steamed carrot instead of avocado. It is a bit lighter. You can add some coconut oil to make it moist, like the avocado mousse.
