Just 3kms from cosmopolitan Naoussa on Paros island, Ambelas is a typical Greek village and the perfect location in which to learn to cook traditional Greek dishes.
Your host and chef Stella is passionate about taking her guests on a culinary and cultural journey to discover Greece’s best kept secret. Stella has been running the hotel and cooking for delighted guests for over 20 years and has recently been persuaded to pass on her cooking secrets to visitors for a Greek cookery holiday with a difference.

Slow down to the Greek pace of life as you wander the labyrinth like streets to discover the quaint traditional villages with their bright white houses, pretty balconies, Greek pottery and fragrant flowers.
The hotel is small but perfectly formed and you’ll stay in one of the spacious, sunny hotel rooms surrounding the swimming pool with great views over the sea or Cycladic houses around.
