Where can I learn to cook in Italy?
The best thing about Italy is its myriad of regional variations; every recipe is based on local produce so much so that you could map Italy geographically with a well written recipe book!
Start at the home of prosecco and risotto in Veneto, head South to Tuscany and Umbria for truffles, wild game, pasta and panzella and Vin Santo. Next stop is Rome for delicious Roman pizza, canneloni and gnocchi all Romana before ending up in Sorrento for traditional Neopolitan pizza, pasta and gelato.
Speciality cooking courses
If learning to cook a traditional Italian meal doesn't cut it with you then we also offer a great range of speciality cookery courses where you can learn to make pizza, bread making, gelato courses, truffle hunting, chocolate making, wine tasting and much more.
