• The delicious meal you’ve learned to cook accompanied by wine
• A return transfer from the Regis Hotel in Rome (full details including the address will be on your booking voucher) to Mazzano
• The pick-up on day 1 is at 8.30am and you’ll leave Mazzano between 10am and 11am on day 2 so expect to be back in Rome between 11am-12noon (subject to traffic)
• Please note that if Fabio is unavailable your class will be taken by another of the school's equally amazing and knowledgeable chefs
