Be inspired - Go learn to cook in France...
We have had an amazing week. Gramont is such a perfect destination. We have learnt so much and are very sad it has all come to an end. We have felt so relaxed here, you have a special set up. 5 stars (M Ward, UK: French Cookery Holiday, Toulouse)
Go learn to cook in France
Winston Churchill said that the French have 365 types of cheese, and were therefore ungovernable. But they also have 365 types of seafood, meat, bread and wine and what better way to experience the best of France’s produce than learning to cook it yourself.
Nothing quite says France like the delicate layers of pastry on a freshly baked crossiant dipped in a bowl of hot chocolate, Breton mussels bursting with flavour, hearty cassoleut or beautifully cooked magret of duck.
From Bordeaux to Provence, we have a French cookery holiday guaranteed to tantalise your taste buds.

The Tarte aux pommes made it home in one piece! I had a fantastic weekend. It was great fun from start to finish and I really felt I learned some useful skills. I have certainly got my buzz for cooking back, I've hardly been out of the kitchen since I returned!I feel completely refreshed thanks 5 stars (M Black, UK:Cookery Weekend, France)
