• Market tour for around 1 hour starting at either 8.30am or 3.30pm
• 1 French cookery class
• Cooking starts at either 9.30am or 4.30pm lasting around 3-4 hours, you’ll then sit down to eat the meal you’ve cooked
• Welcome coffee or tea on arrival at Chef Jean-Marc’s house
• All cooking ingredients and materials
