Kite surfing is the fastest growing and the wildest new water sport for years, harnessing the power of the wind and sea you learn to control your board and your kite for an exhilarating experience.
This great value kitesurf holiday includes 7 night’s accommodation in a fun, modern and well equipped kitesurf hostel just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the town centre. You’ll have transport provided to and from all the best kitesurf spots and use of top quality equipment that is suited to you individually, ensuring you get the most out of every lesson.
You will be taught by highly qualified and experienced kite surf instructors who are IKO accredited with the international Kite Boarding Organisation.
Learning to kitesurf over four days gives you more time to get to grips with this exciting sport and you’ll take your kite surfing skills to the next level as you indulge your need for action and adrenaline.
Suitability
- Suitable for complete beginners to more experienced kite surfers, as all levels run on the start days
- Must be able to swim
- Minimum age 18
- Kite Surfing is great fun for everyone but it’s best to bear in mind that it can be physically demanding at times
Solo Holiday
- This kitesurf trip is ideal for a singles holiday, if you are travelling solo you have a choice of sharing a room to avoid paying a single supplement

Kitesurf Camp Start Days
- The kitesurf school is open year round as the weather is always mild
- Arrivals are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays and classes start the following day
Kitesurf Course Schedule
- You will have 3.5 hours of surfing lessons each day for 4 consecutive days
- You will set out with your instructor in the morning to find the best spots, transport is provided
- A packed lunch and plenty of water is provided
- You are free to take breaks when you want, if you feel tired you can sit on the beach and soak up some sun
What Will I Learn?
- Safety issues and systems
- The theory of kitesurfing
- How to fly and control the kite (from 2m to 5m)
- How to launch the kite into the sea
- Body dragging in the water
- If you progress quickly or are intermediate you will work on getting up on your board out at sea
Free Time In Fuerteventura
- With 300 days of sunshine a year, over 150 beaches and many beautiful reefs there is a lot to explore in Fuerteventura be it on foot or by sea
- You can spend your evenings in any of the lively bars the many great restaurants or take a stroll along the beach
Accommodation In The Kitesurf Hostel
- You’ll be staying in a fun modern and well equipped hostel 5 minutes from the beaches and the town centre
- The hostel’s rooms sleep 1, 2, 3 or 4 people and you’ll be allocated the best available room for your party size for example, if there are 2 of you travelling together we’ll allocate you a private bedroom if available - There are 2 fully equipped kitchens available with: gas hobs, ovens, microwaves, fridge/freezers and pots, pans, utensils for you to use at the hostel, great if you’re on a budget or if you are travelling solo and want to get to know your fellow surfers
- The comfortable communal living room comes with satellite TV and WIFI
- There are 2 shared bathrooms, with 3 showers and 3 toilets
- The roof terrace is a great place to have your breakfast or soak up the evening sun after a long day’s surfing
- For those of you who have brought your kite boards with you or gotten so good you’ve bought one there, there is full kite board storage available to you
- A continental breakfast is included for you to get your energy levels up for the day’s kitesurfing
- Clean bed linen + towels are provided for every guest
- All the communal areas are cleaned 7 days a week to make sure they are spick and span

Kitesurf Hostel Accommodation Location
- Located in a great position in downtown Corralejo close to the town centre and great beaches
- Just 5 minutes walk from the town’s amenities, restaurants and lively bars so a car isn’t necessary unless you prefer to through personal choice
- Transport will be provided to and from your surf camp to the surf spot for 6 days of your trip
- Transport is in a 4 x 4 so you can be assured you’ll be able to reach even the most remote kitesurfing spots
Kitesurf Equipment
- You will be kitted out in top quality wetsuits
- This school has 7 sizes of kite boards ranging from 128 to 155 in varying widths
- Kitesurf brands a plenty from North Xride, North Jaime Pro, Fanatic Duke, North Phantom including boards for Waves/ Freeride/ Freestyle and light wind performance.
- Please note that you have around 3.5 hours of lessons per day but if that’s not enough for you and you still have some energy left after your lessons, you can hire the equipment when you have enough experience for use in your free time if you would like to practice your kiteboard skills (50 Euros per day)
