We love Greek cooking holidays…
We love Greek food. No question. Slow baked lamb bursting with flavour, plump olives, delicate triangles of spanakopita, salty feta, sticky sweet baklava and velvety greek yoghurt sweetened with local honey, we want to try it all. Never will we utter
‘not another plate of mezze’ or,
‘I hope this Shasklik doesn’t come with a pile of pitta’. We don’t dish up the usual Greek cookery courses. Instead, our holidays are deliberate concoctions of the Greek’s love of simple, well cooked dishes, balanced and seasoned to your taste.
Go learn to cook anything from the perfect shasklik to herb grilled fish, dolmadakia to refreshing tzatziki, spicy kleftiko to pungent garlic prawns. Island hop for a short break or week long holiday to suit your taste in Paros, Poros or head to Crete for an exclusive
vegetarian cookery holiday with a difference. For an innovative take on a cooking break, why not combine it with learning to speak Greek, gathering wild herbs or wine tasting? Go. Eat. Enjoy.
This is what a Greek cookery holiday should taste like.
Who are our Greek cooking holiday guests?
Solo travellers. Friends. Couples. Those with enthusiasm and a taste for the simple pleasures of great Greek food. Beginners who struggle to warm pitta bread to more advanced cooks. Interesting types. The culinary-minded who love to learn. Those who love the beach, the Mediterranean Sea, fish and seafood. People of all ages and nationalities who refuse to be boxed in. Is this you? It looks like you. Thousands of people have already discovered that our Greek cooking holidays last a lifetime. Come and join them.
What do our guests think?
It’s not the done thing to boast. So you won’t find us crowing about how incredible our Greek Chefs are. Nor how good our service is, or the fact that the accommodation is wonderfully comfortable and characterful, the sea warm and the beaches inviting. Mum’s the word. We prefer to let our guests do the talking.
This was a really fun experience. Katerina and Brian made excellent hosts and both the food and accommodation was spot on. This was the perfect relaxation trip. C Haynes, UK: Cookery short break, Poros
