Course itinerary
This wellbeing week is more than just a pilates & yoga holiday; it’s an experience you will remember. Practice pilates and yoga each day, stroll along the deserted beaches, swim, enjoy a relaxing massage and good food and take home ideas and positive energy feeling healthy, relaxed, revived and restored.
During your week, witness a beautiful beach sunrise whilst experiencing a relaxing pilates class or stretching into your morning sun salutation all in the peace and tranquillity the Island provides.
Stay in beautiful bungalows set within bougainvillea and hibiscus shrouded gardens with 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and a library. After your morning exercise, enjoy a short stroll to the beautiful beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants of Fuerteventura's lovely Corralejo on the north of the Island.
This is the perfect place for fitness and spirituality to meet for a yoga and pilates holiday with a difference.
Suitability
- Suitable for all from complete beginners to those with many years practice of yoga and pilates
- Minimum age 16 (16 and 17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over)
Solo Holiday?
- These courses make great singles holidays as there are no single supplements if you are happy to share a room
- Private rooms are available for a small supplement (See the costing and extra tab for prices)

- Classes start on day 2 so you can arrive anytime on day 1
Yoga And Pilates Holiday Sample Itinerary

Please note that the itinerary is for guidance only and may change week to week:
- Each morning you’ll have either a yoga and pranayama session or a pilates session starting at 8.30am or 9am
- Each evening (with the exception of Sundays) you will enjoy either a pilates or yoga session around 5pm for 1.5 hours
- Please note that evening sessions alternate with the morning so if you have yoga in the morning, you’ll practice pilates in the evening and vice versa
- Between your morning and evening sessions you have the rest of the day free to relax, eat good food and explore the local area or try a treatment in the spa
- Friday’s schedules are a little different
- On Friday’s get up early for a 7.30am sun salutation and in the evening you are invited to join an evening beach walk at 5pm
- The course includes 1 complimentary 60 minute massage session, the exact time and day of the massage will be arranged with you on arrival and you are welcome to book additional treatments or Reiki sessions during the week if you wish to (extra charge paid locally)
- During the week you are welcome to join one of the team for an early morning beach run or swim

- Yoga is practised in the bright and airy indoor studio or outside

What Will I Learn?
- Yoga and Pilates practice will be adapted for all levels from complete beginners to advance yogis
- Your yoga classes will be based on different yoga styles depending on which teacher is teaching for the week you are travelling (for more information, see the ‘About your yoga teachers’ section above or email with your preferred date of travel)
- Yoga practice will cover Asanas (physical movements), Pranayama (breathing practices), Meditation (stilling and calming of the mind & inner self) and Relaxation (complete mind, body relaxation)
- The small groups allow you to explore alignment within your pose as well as fluid movement from one pose to the next working with our teachers to deepen your practice whatever your level
- The teacher will give you one-to-one attention giving you the confidence to develop a home practice
What To Bring
- Please bring comfortable clothing you can move in easily for your yoga practice
- It can be hot in the summer months so please bring clothing that will be suitable for practicing in hot weather
- The retreat supplies yoga mats; Magic Circles, straps and blocks where necessary, as well as any additional equipment needed for the specific session
Treatments / Massages
- Includes a full body massage
- Massages and treatments are available and if you wish to book other treatments, your host Karissa can help you arrange this with the therapist during the week
Accommodation
- You’ll spend 7 nights / 8 days in a tranquil bungalow quietly tucked away within bougainvillea and hibiscus shrouded gardens backing onto the pool area
- Each bungalow has 1 or 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom and a lovely terrace area
- Bungalows are cleaned every other day and are a perfect retreat to relax and take time out for yourself during your stay
- There are two pools and tennis courts which are free of charge to use (bring your own racket and tennis balls)
- Yoga and pilates lessons take place at a studio on-site, on the beach or near the pool
- Prices are based on 2 people sharing a room and bathroom in either a 1 or 2 bedroom bungalow
- If there are 2 people travelling together, you will be allocated in a 1 bedroom bungalow where possible
- If you are travelling solo, you will be allocated a room with another solo traveller of the same sex for no additional supplement but if you prefer a private room, you can pay a supplement for your own private 1 bedroom bungalow which can be added during the booking process
- Check-in is on arrival day after 2pm and check-out is on day 8 by 10am
