Detailed course itinerary
This wellbeing week is more than just a pilates & yoga holiday; it’s an experience you will remember forever, where you practise pilates and yoga each day. You can stroll along the deserted beaches, take a ferry to Sweet Water to drink from the mountain spring that cools the bay or enjoy the good food and company and take home new ideas and positive energy, healthy relaxed and revived.
During your week, witness a beautiful beach sunrise whilst experiencing a relaxing pilates class or stretching into your morning sun salutation all in the peace and tranquillity the Island provides.
Stay in beautiful apartments set on the sea front, and after your refreshing morning exercise, enjoy a short stroll to the beautiful beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious Greek cuisine, including excellent vegetarian food, all located on stunning Cape Mouri.
In addition to your yoga and pilates you can enjoy swimming, walking, diving and sailing or just spending your evenings watching the sun setting over the natural harbour.
