This yoga and pilates holiday offers a calming retreat from the stresses of the outside world, a beautiful location, healthy food, a chance to meet new friends and an experience that will stay with you long after your holiday is over.
Your host has extensive yoga and pilates experience, ensuring personalised and individual attention throughout your holiday you will be able to focus precisely on the areas you would like to strengthen or heal whilst the therapist offers rejuvenating massage and reflexology.
Practising pilates every day with 4 yoga sessions and two private pilates reformer sessions will help you to develop your strength, balance and fitness in the warm Spanish sunshine leaving you feeling positive, revived and restored.
The beautiful and secluded retreat where your accommodation and courses are set is surrounded by almond, lemon and orange trees, sweet scented jasmine and bougainvillea. The gardens are an ideal place to relax in the shade or to take a soothing swim in the outside pool and if you like the feel of the sand between your toes you are also just 15 minutes from the fantastic coastal beaches of Murcia.
This is the perfect place for fitness and spirituality to combine for a yoga and pilates holiday with a difference.
Suitability
- Suitable for all ages and levels from complete beginners to those with many years practice of yoga and pilates
- Minimum age 16 (16 and 17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over)
Solo Holiday?
- These courses make great singles holidays as there are no single supplements if you are happy to share a room
- Private rooms are available for a supplement

Yoga And Pilates Holiday Sample Itinerary
Please note that the itinerary is for guidance only and may change week to week:
- Each morning you’ll have a pilates session starting at either 8.30am or 9am
- You then have the rest of the day free to relax, swim, explore the local area or try a treatment
- On days 2, 4, 6 and 7 you will enjoy a yoga session at around 5pm for 75 minutes
- During the week you will have 2 individual pilates reformer sessions the exact time and day of the session will be arranged with you on arrival
- The course includes 1 complimentary 60 minute massage or reflexology session, the exact time and day of the massage will be arranged with you on arrival and you are welcome to book additional treatments
- On days 1, 3, 5 and 7 you will enjoy a delicious healthy dinner cooked at the retreat that you will enjoy with your host and fellow guests
Accommodation
- You’ll spend 7 nights/8 days in a tranquil country house quietly tucked away within bougainvillea shrouded gardens backing onto the pool area
- Inside the house there is a sizeable country kitchen, living/dining room and main bathroom
- Yoga and pilates lessons take place on-site at the studio which is fully equipped and mirrored with high ceilings
- There is one swimming pool and a Jacuzzi
- Prices are based on 2 people sharing a room with bathroom in either a twin or double room
- If there are 2 people travelling together, you will be allocated in a bedroom together
- If you are travelling solo, you will be allocated a room with another solo traveller of the same sex for no additional supplement but if you prefer a private room, you can pay a supplement for your own private bedroom which can be added during the booking process
- Check-in is on arrival day after 2pm and check-out is on day 8 by 10am
Your Instructor
- Your instructor has been practicing yoga and pilates for many years using her knowledge, enthusiasm and experience to inspire and develop the same focus in those seeking to simply improve their wellbeing
- Tara is trained by The Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA) which is Europe's foremost professional Pilates organisation
- She is also a certified pilates reformer instructor which means she will be able to build a program with you to target strength building or to change and improve body shape
- She is also trained and experienced with Osteoporosis/Osteopenic clients so her programmes will benefit sufferers of Osteoporosis including Back&bones4good, an excellent programme for posture, balance, strength, mobility and stronger bones
