Detailed course itinerary
This Italian cooking course in Rome is ideal for both ‘good’ and ‘bad’ cooks everywhere. You will learn from an expert chef how to cook a typical Italian meal promising not only a culinary experience but also a cultural one.
This is a hands-on class, so don your apron and chef’s hat, roll up your sleeves and get ready to start cooking.
Once the menu is ready, you and your fellow would-be cooks will sit down with the professional chef in her apartment to enjoy the delicious Italian food you have prepared.
A great end to this short cooking course; eating a good meal accompanied by a good wine finished off the Italian way with a traditional espresso coffee.

Your Tutor
- Your British teacher has lived in Rome for several years and is a professional chef who has published many Italian cook books
- The chef has also spent time working with Marks and Spencer on their Italian food collection
- Your tutor now teaches cooking and consults on many aspects of Italian food and wine as well as having an expert knowledge of Italian olive oils
Class Schedule
- Your 3.5 hour class starts around 10am or 6pm depending on your chosen date
- Classes end when you have finished eating lunch or dinner
