• 7 nights/ 8 days accommodation at the retreat
• Prices are based on two sharing a twin or double room with private en-suite bathroom
• A single supplement applies for those travelling solo who wish to book a twin/double room with en-suite bathroom for sole occupancy as a single room
• Note: Shared rooms with shared bathroom (shared with one other of the same sex) are available for no extra charge for solo travellers who are happy to share a room (subject to availability - please check first)
• 2 sessions per day on days 2-7 of a personal programme of yoga and Pilates exercises and relaxation
• 1 personal one on one life coaching session on days 2-7
• Personal diary for you to keep note of your time at the retreat
• Exercise mat (yours to keep at the end of the course)
• One art therapy session using mosaics
• All breakfasts, lunches and dinners are included and are tailored to your own personal eating plan
• Unlimited soft drinks

Stay in this peaceful Spanish country house surrounded by whitewashed walls and Bougainvillea in Murcia Southern Spain. Yoga and Pilates and Weight Loss courses will be taught by your highly experienced instructor Vivienne, mosaic courses will be taught by talented tutor Dan in the dedicated Mosaic studio
