Set in 14 acres of gardens with olive trees, vineyard and herb garden, this beautiful 4 star hotel in St Remy De Provence with professional kitchen is the setting for your Provencal food and wine experience.

With its own vineyard and herb gardens your French cooking lessons will also use much of the produce grown in the grounds to provide the freshest and finest ingredients.

This 2 night cooking course is ideal for both ‘good’ and ‘bad’ cooks everywhere who want to achieve the fabled status of a becoming a genuine chef. 

Under the guidance of your hosts and professional chef, you will immerse yourself in Provencal life discovering the food from the region during your French cooking classes.

On your time off you can relax in the gardens, swimming pool and Jacuzzi or just enjoy the wonderful  food and atmosphere this enchanting part of France has to offer,  perfect Provencal cookery holiday with a difference.

Start Days
- All arrivals are on Friday afternoon 
- This package has set arrival dates throughout the year, if you can’t find the date you are looking for, please email with your requirements
- Please note the school is closed for the month of August and the Christmas period


Provencal Cooking Itinerary
Day 1 – Friday
- You may check-in to the hotel anytime after 3pm on Friday afternoon
- 7pm : Welcome cocktail followed by a full 5 course dinner with wine and coffee in the hotel’s own restuarant, Le Saint Georges

Day 2 – Saturday
- Enjoy a continental breakfast in the morning before your first French cooking lesson starts at 10am and ends at lunch time when you will eat what you have just created accompanied by local wine and coffee
- Your afternoon is free to relax in this beautiful hotel or explore the local area
- At 7.30pm you will again enjoy a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant accompanied by wine and coffee

Day 3 – Sunday
- After breakfast, you will roll up your sleeves for your second cooking lesson starting at 10am ending at lunch time when you will sit down to enjoy the food you have cooked with wine and coffee
- After your cooking class, guests are asked to check-out of their rooms ready for departure taking home with them new cooking skills that will stay with them long after the holiday is over
 

Sample Menus
Dishes vary according to the season as only fresh, seasonal produces is used but you may be cooking:
- Lobster cannelloni
- Herbed Provencal rack of lamb
- Asparagus with salmon
- Foie gras
- Figs poached with red wine
- Seabass stuffed with fennel


About Your Chef
Chef Pascal is a young and enthusiastic Chef who trained at the Chateau de St Martin and at the Cagnard in Cagnes sur Mer, he has 5 years experience giving cooking classes and running the kitchen on this hotel and will guide you thorough dishes from Provencal lamb to lobster canelloni and much more in between


Accommodation
- Your 4-star countryside hotel has just 12 rooms and is situated at the foot of the Alpilles mountain range, just outside of St-Remy de Provence, the birthplace of Nostradamus.
- Decorated in traditional French style, each room has a private bathroom, hairdryer and bath robes .
- All prices are based on two persons sharing a twin or double room
- If you are travelling alone, single rooms are available at a supplement, if you require a single room please email for a price
- The hotel features a swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, bar, restuarant, library and more
- For relaxation, the hotel offers massage and beauty treatments for guests
- Please note that there is a governmental tax of 1.10 Euros per day that must be paid on arrival
