One Day French Cooking Course

It was a wonderful morning with Chef Marc, highly recommend the course. A little disappointing is chef Marc promised to send us the recipes for the spinach olive tart, Chicken & chic pea caserole and pear frangipane desert and we still don't have them. Could you please email them

We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Chef Marc at his Chateau. He is a class act, very accomodating and it was a pleasure to learn a few authentic Provencial recipes from him. It was also a nice treat to be able to spend the day at his Chateau - what a beautiful setting!!

What a fantastic day! The day of cooking with Marc Heracle was exactly what I had hoped and dreamed! It was like something out of a story book. The setting was absolutely wonderful. Marc was a lovely host, friendly and engaging. The whole family loved it. I very highly recommend this course!

Fabulous course - Mark was fantastic and we learned alot. Excellent communication via email w/ Jane prior to class; she answered all my questions in a very timely manner.

Was a great experience! Mark was fantastic. Address info would be helpful since we had no way to locate the course. I do think the cost was pricey, and would be more popular if you made it bit more economical.

The tour of the chateau was an added extra, as was Marc's advice on our driving tour of the Luberon area.
