Selin is a self-taught chef and gastronomically inquisitive person and she is passionate about food and traditional Turkish recipes and loves nothing better than passing on her skills and knowledge to visitors to Istanbul. Istanbul is a huge metropolis connecting continents, different cultures and religions. Being home to eleven million people, Ottoman mosques, happening restaurants, bars, galleries and clubs as well as tranquil çay bahçesi (tea gardens); there’s no better place in which to learn to cook.
