professional and friendly greeting and tuition - would have appreciated more 'why ' certain steps take place , rather than merely 'this is what to do' - English speaking assistant very helpful in this respect - but he had other tasks to do - still waiting for English translation of recipes

Simply wonderful! I was hoping for a fun, relaxed cooking class - which wasn't scary or too advanced - and this was perfect. The results were delicious too! Would recommend this very highly.

It is that I did not enjoy the course it just that I found it a little simplistic for me as trained chef. I did however get some good advice from the english teaching worker who directed me to some good bookshops.

I enjoyed the class very much. The dishes were relatively simple, however, the chef and his team were very helpful and professional. I would like to learn more advanced cooking with the chef in the future.

We had a very pleasant experience during the one day cooking class in Paris. The chef and his assistants were very friendly, helpful, and very professional. We definitely want to come back for more classes like that and for more advanced ones as well if possible.
