• Accommodation in a twin/double room with private bathroom for 3 nights/4 days
• You can check in anytime after 2pm and check-out is by 11am
• Breakfast each morning at the hotel
• 2 hands-on cooking classes on days 2 and 3 at the nearby cooking school (4km 5 minute drive)
• Your cooking lessons start at 9.30am and finishes at 2.30pm each day
• The delicious Italian meal you’ve learned to cook during your cooking lesson with wine & coffee
• All cooking materials and fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Culinary diploma signed by the chef
• Pictures of your cooking lessons which will be sent to you by email on your return home
• A visit to meet a local producer of either olive oil, cheese, wine or grappa
• Transport to visit the local producer (note: you can express a preference to which producer you wish to visit but this is subject to availability and alternatives may be offered)
• Please note that if you take the course between 1 May and 30 September, a compulsory tourism tax of 0.8€ per day, per person will be added to your booking and is paid directly to the cookery school
