• French cookery lessons on day 1, 2 and 3
• Cooking classes including pizza making, breadmaking, macaroons ballotine of chicken, crème patisseries, fresh pasta and more
• A chance to gain more hands-on experience helping Steve in the kitchen with dinner on day 1 and 2
• Continental breakfast each morning
• The lunch you’ve learnt to cook on days 2 and 3 at the chalet
