• Dinner on your arrival day
• Day 2 - 1 hour horse riding lesson and a 1 hour hack for beginners and novice horse riders (no dinner included this evening)
• Day 3 – 1 hour horse riding lesson and a 1 hour hack, 1 late afternoon Spanish cookery class where you’ll learn to cook a 3 course Spanish menu, tapas or paella (subject to your preference and availability)
• Day 4 – 1 hour horse riding lesson and a 1 hour hack (no dinner included this evening)
• Day 5 – 1 hour hack, 1 late afternoon Spanish cooking class
• All cooking materials, apron and ingredients
• The dinner you’ve learned to cook during your lesson with 1 bottle of wine per couple and water
• Accommodation in a twin/double room at the Finca for 5 nights / 6 days
• You can check in anytime after 3pm on your arrival day and check-out by noon on departure day
• Breakfast each morning
• Prices are based on two sharing a twin or double room with en-suite bathroom
• Single travellers can book a twin/double room with en-suite bathroom for sole occupancy for a compulsory single room supplement
• Please note that shared rooms for solo travellers are not offered on this holiday and singles must have a compulsory single supplement for their own room
• Note: Transport between the Finca and the Equestrian Centre is not included and you will have to make your own way between the two each day, this is around a 15mins drive and car hire is recommended

Recommended by Alastair Sawday, stay in a lovingly restored 150 year old Andalucían Finca surrounded by breathtaking views, an unspoilt landscape of rolling hills and Almond blossom valleys only 45 minutes from Granada and 1 hour from Cordoba and Malaga; close by is the family run equestrian centre where you will have your horse riding lessons and is home to 20 horses
