Spanish Cooking Holiday

What a great holiday in a relaxed atmosphere, and cooking wonderful food!

The cooking and eating was absolutely terrific. Clive really knows his stuff and is a great tutor. Great location for exploring the region, lots of help and advice from my hosts. I came back wonderfully relaxed and with lots more knowledge of Spain.

Clive & Maki are great hosts, welcoming all their guests to share in this lovely part of Spain. From the time that I arrived, I sensed that they truly cared about their guests. My cooking experience included 2 extra days and exceeded my expectations tremendously! Top knotch! Recommended!!!!!

I enjoyed my stay in the Finca with Clive and Maki very much: precious location with beautiful view on the hills with olive trees, very relaxed atmosphere, nice house, delicious food and very very nice staff. I learned a lot from the cooking courses.

Clive, Maki and Cei were very welcoming as were the two dogs Smoky and Lassie and the cat Sapphire!! Clive had a very relaxed approach when imparting his expert culinary knowledge and cooking techniques which made the whole experience and holiday very memorable and enjoyable. Thank you.

It would have been good to receive the cooking notes at the beginning of the course rather than the end - that way I could have made notes as we went along. Overall an enjoyable experience and I look forward to me next sojourn … Elaine

Clive and Maki could not have been more lovely. This is a great cooking course, which has totally inspired me learn more.

Clive and Maki were fantastic. They made us feel really welcomed and were very hospitable throughout our stay with tips on what to see and where to go. The cooking lessons were great - Clive is a font of all knowledge! It is definitely worth going on the olive oil and fino tasting if you can.

I was fortunate enough to have one-on-one tuition... Very impressed with the course, location and of course the hosts!

The setting was lovely and it was great to cook in a very small group. Clive was totally non judgemental and easy to work with and learn from. Breakfasts were wonderfully authentically Spanish.
