Beginners Italian and Pizza Making

I had a wonderful experience. The tuition was excellent. The cookery course was outstanding. The three excursions that were organised by the Institute were both informative and fun. My accommodation with Maureen Russo was both warm and welcoming.

My only complaint is when I originally booked I wanted to do just the cookery course in Sorrento but was told there was no room. However on joining the class on Tuesday I was told there were spaces all week

very well organised and well run holiday, I was informed all the time about what was happening and when. The course was brilliant, great fun, informative and the accommodation with my local italian family so lovely. I was very impressed as this was my first time abroad alone.

This is a fantastic school in a stunning location and the other students I met when I visited were absolutely awesome. Massively exceeded my expectations. I was a tad gutted that there was no Pompei excursion during my trip but the gelati-making extra was absolutely awesome: DEFINITELY do it if you go!
