We had the best cooking experience with Chef Jean-Francois Berard. Chef Jean was excellent and entertaining. He spoke some English, his enthusiasm, love of cooking, and positive personality made us happy and relaxed to be part the class. The cooking class was the highlight of our trip.

My friends and I had a wonderful day...and gained a whole new perspective on the preparation of fine fish dishes. The enrollment was easy, the staff friendly and welcoming. We found our instructor, Jean-Francois Berard not only skilled, but charming as well. It was a memorable experience!

We loved the course, the lessons, the meal we prepared and the ambience. Enjoying the fruits of our efforts seated around Rene's table in the garden. We would love to return and do a full week's course.
