We got to make fresh pasta and chop veg apart from that it was basically a cookery demonstration we got to watch the pesto, chicken dish and pannacotta being made. So I felt it was expensive for what it was but we still had a great day with a patient chef and met lots of lovely people
Reply from Supplier: Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry you were disappointed by the limited involvement in some of the cooking demonstrations. The course is offered as an introduction to Tuscan cooking and for a more in-depth learning experience we recommend the 'Italian Immersion Cooking Course' which is also offered at the school. However, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the pasta making and the day overall, and hope you will be able to put the Tuscan recipe book to good use!
