Getting there

Nearest airport:
Marseilles (70km or 1 hour away) or Nice (1.5 hours away)
Car hire
We strongly recommend car hire to fully explore the area as there is no public transport available and taxis can be expensive in the area.
The cooking course is located in the village of La Cadière d’Azur which is around 70km from Marseilles airport and is close to Toulon and not far from Aix-En-Provence. You can also fly to Nice, the drive to the hotel is around 1.5 hours and is just off the A50. You can also reach the village from Toulon which has a train station and is around 25km away.
Pre-booked airport transfers:
You can arrange a private taxi transfer to take you directly to the hotel from either Marseille airport or Nice airport once you have booked the holiday.
Transfer prices (per person one way):
Marseille airport – 120 Euros (day) / 150 Euros (night)
Nice airport – 280 Euros (day) / 330 Euros (night)
The cost is paid directly to the taxi driver. To book a transfer, please contact the hotel once you've booked onto the holiday and provide your full flight arrival and departure information within 14 days of your travel date and this will be arranged for you.
Travelling to the cooking classes
You will also need a car to get from the hotel to the cooking kitchen which is around 3km drive each way, or you can add on a daily return transfer from the hotel to the cookery school for 30 Euros per day (please see costing and extras tab for more details).
