Was disappointed that only 4 days of classes were offered due to a public holiday, even though I had to pay for 5. No refund was available, only credit for the school, which meant travel plans had to be changed to utilise it.
Reply from Supplier: Thank you for your feedback, all public holidays are stated on our website prior to booking but I am sorry to hear of your disappointment. Any classes missed during these days will not be made up or refunded, however, if two holidays occur within the same week the school lessons will be made up throughout the week. I am glad you enjoyed your course overall.
