Holiday itinerary
This Italian cooking course in Rome is ideal for both ‘good’ and ‘bad’ cooks everywhere. You will learn from an expert cook how to cook a typical Italian meal promising not only a culinary experience but also a cultural one.
This is a hands-on 3 day class, so don your apron and chef’s hat, roll up your sleeves and get ready to start cooking.
Once the menu is ready, you and your fellow would-be cooks will sit down with the professional chef in her apartment to enjoy the delicious Italian food you have prepared.
You will learn to cook delicious dishes over 3 days with your knowledgeable chef Dianne so get ready for a cooking extravaganza!
A great end to this 3 day cooking course; eating a good meal accompanied by a good wine finished off the Italian way with a traditional espresso coffee.

Your Tutor
- Your British teacher, Diane Seed, has lived in Rome for several years and is a professional chef who has published many Italian cook books
- She is the author of the book 'The Top One Hundred Pasta Sauces' which has been translated into 15 different languages and sold 1 million copies worldwide
- She has also spent time working with Marks and Spencer on their Italian food collection
- Diane now teaches cooking and consults on many aspects of Italian food and wine as well as having an expert knowledge of Italian olive oils
Class Schedule
- You will have 3 cooking classes over 3 consecutive days
- Each class lasts for 3.5 hours and begins around 10am or 6pm depending on your chosen date and time
- Classes end when you have finished eating lunch or dinner
