• Note: Prices are based on two sharing a twin or double room with en-suite bathroom
• Single travellers can book a twin/double room with en-suite bathroom for sole occupancy for a compulsory single room supplement (subject to availability)
• Please note that shared rooms for solo travellers are not offered on this holiday and singles must pay a compulsory single supplement for their own room
• Check in anytime after 2pm on day 1 and check out by 11am on day 3
• Breakfast daily
• Welcome drink of Breton cider or afternoon tea on arrival
• Welcome dinner of Omelette Napoléon on your first night
• An aperitif on day 1 before dinner
• A trip to the sea to harvest your own mussels around 10am
• A picnic lunch at the beach whilst harvesting mussels
• A Champagne apéritif and demonstration of fried quail eggs on croutons
• 1 cookery class cooking Moules marinières à la crême and crêpes suzette starting between 4-5pm in the evening
• The meal you’ve learned to cook after your class, accompanied by Muscadet and a delicious simple cheese plate
• Note: The walk to harvest the mussels is around 1.5km so please bring suitable footwear and a waterproof jacket for the beach
• Note: The time of the mussel harvesting may change depending on the tide, we recommend you call the day before your course to check with the Chef (contact details will be on your confirmation voucher)
