The course stated 6 hours tuition and we didn't get that much as the wine and olive oil tasting and tour of the estate was not really a "formal" session but more fitted in by the family. Still worthwhile and interesting however. The venue was stunning and cookery teacher and interpreter were fantastic.

The course involves approximately 3 hours of cookery tuition, with the remaining hours devoted to learning about the production of olive oil and wine through estate tours and tasting sessions. We are sorry that the course was not as formal as you might have liked; the sessions are intended to have a more relaxed, informal and familial feel to them, so timings may vary. We are glad you found the course interesting and enjoyed the holiday overall.
