The cookery school is nestled on the southern coastline of the Bodrum peninsula and is set back from the sandy beaches of Ortakent. The quaint village is part of an acclaimed housing project where the stunning stone villas have been restored to reflect ancient Halicarnassus giving the village a magical feel with multiple villas connected by small winding stone streets and steps.

Stay in a beautiful villa with 5 spacious bedrooms each with a private bathroom, and a large kitchen where your cookery classes will take place. The bedrooms are elegantly decorated in a traditional Turkish style with handmade furnishings and colourful textiles ensuring maximum comfort and tranquillity.

The villa is surrounded by verdant herb gardens, fragrant orchards and views of the spectacular landscapes, and also boast a private large swimming pool which is ideal for sunbathing or cooling off from the warm summer sun.

Cookery classes focus on using fresh local produce to create traditional Turkish dishes in a fun and relaxed environment. The cookery school also own their own Turkish restaurant next door which offers a range of local delicacies and is the perfect setting to spend lazy evenings soaking up the peace and tranquillity of the area with a glass of wine.

In your free time you can unwind by the swimming pool, explore the orchards, or stroll through the winding roads and cobbled streets. Ortakent and Yahsi beaches are a 5-10 minute walk from the villa, and offer a wide range of water sports activities. Venture into Ortakent centre or Yahsi beach to explore quaint shops, local restaurants, bars and markets.
