• 1 cooking lesson and market visit
• Lessons start at 10.30am and finish at around 2.30pm, you’ll then sit down to eat the meal you’ve cooked finishing around 2.30pm or later, there’s no time limit on lunch
• The food you’ve learned to cook that morning with drinks
• A booklet containing details of the recipes you’ve cooked during the course
• An apron which is yours to keep as a souvenir
