The photography school, is based in a stunning French 18th Century stone house that has been luxuriously and lovingly renovated by your host and tutor. The accommodation provides a perfect base for your photography holiday right in the heart of the enchanting Dordogne countryside.
Your hosts, photographer Gareth and his wife Lila are dedicated to making you feel at home in France and to rapidly improving your photography skills in a fun and friendly environment. Gareth’s passion for outstanding photography and belief that everyone can take beautiful images will help you to develop your own unique style, whilst experiencing true French culture.
Dordogne’s rich natural beauty owes to the seven intertwining rivers that mark the landscape, providing excellent early morning photo-opportunities. You will be able to capture classic French style in the various turreted mansions dotted about the hillside and the valleys, or the beautiful medieval towns that have inspired many an artist the world over.
Located in a pretty village near Nabirat, between the towns of Domme and Gourdon in the Dordogne region, your 18th Century stone house accommodation overlooks 20 acres of sloping lawns and woodland where your tutor will take you out to explore the outstanding photographic opportunities on hand and will show you all the hidden treasures that this captivating area of France has to offer.
