• 30 hours of fitness tuition over 6 days (days 2-7)
• A range of fitness boot camp classes including circuits, cardio training, relays, hiking, swimming, boxing, cross fit and weights (for example)
• One yoga class (day to be confirmed upon arrival)
• All breakfasts, lunches and dinners (except for dinner on Day 7 and 1 lunch during a mountain hike – exact day confirmed upon arrival)
• Light refreshments and snacks between classes on days 2-7
• 7 nights / 8 days accommodation in a private twin/double room with shared bathroom
• Note: Prices are based on 2 people sharing a room (sharing an ensuite bathroom) and you can also upgrade to a private twin/double ensuite room for an extra cost (see the ‘costing and extras’ tab)
• Note: Solo travellers can choose to share a twin room (shared ensuite bathroom) with another guest of the same gender for no additional cost, or you can book a private ensuite twin/double room for sole occupancy for a single supplement
• Full use of the outdoor swimming pool
• Check in any time before 10pm on day 1 and check out by 10am day 8
• Please note – on your arrival day, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros if you arrive after 10pm, and a surcharge of 50 Euros if you arrive after midnight (to be paid locally)
