This exciting 7 night / 8 day course offers you the chance to look and feel amazing. Burn fat, build muscle, soak up the sun and find yourself going on a profound and emotional journey, discovering the wild and reconnecting with our ancient roots as human beings. Activities might include tree climbing, jumping off sand dunes, swimming across creeks and bare foot running, improving your athleticism and agility in a fun and dynamic environment.

The ‘wildfit’ philosophy is not about punishing your body into losing weight. Despite being an incredibly effective means to burn fat, this holiday focuses on changing your life choices and approach to the wild, whilst retaining joy, freedom and playfulness in every moment. Guests find themselves shedding the solemnity and stress of everyday life, becoming nimble, strong and moving with a newfound dignity and freedom.

Many guests are so impressed with the life changing results of this luxury, ground-breaking fitness holiday that they decide to extend their stay and reap even further benefits.

For those who would like to do so, there is a possibility to upgrade to the 2 week ‘Revitalise’ course.  The 2 week option covers all of the same disciplines as the regular ‘boost’ course, but also allows you to gain real confidence in the core skill areas of boxing, kettle bells and wild running, seeing and feeling a complete transformation in your body.  If you are interested in this option please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at , and we can help arrange this for you.


Wildfitness Boost Bootcamp Holiday Itinerary

The itinerary is for guidance only and is subject to change depending on the group’s needs and wishes but is typically as follows:

Day 1
- Arrive at the Cortijo, take in the views and relax!

Day 2
- Early morning pole work and animal circuit in the herb circle
- An introductory talk covering the core concepts of Wildfitness explaining how you will be training for maximum physical and health benefits
- Games and introduction to Wild running
- Personalized assessment by one of our experts looking at any postural imbalances and your movement patterns. Discussion of your goals for the course
- Introduction to boxing (or advanced class for those returning)

Day 3
- Swinging and hanging session in a secret wood
- Three hills challenge
- Games in the sandy paddock (where horses gallop)
- Introduction to lifting (or advanced class for those returning)
- Movement combo (like assault courses, but cooler) in the gardens of the Cortijo
- Wild Eating workshop - learning what our bodies have evolved to eat. You will find these foods as part of our Wild Menu

Day 4
- Mountain trek – unbelievable views and a challenging ascent up a pristine and dramatic peak, the highest in the area that can be seen from the Cortijo
- Morning Hip & Shoulder workshop, continuing previous learning on the best way to stretch out muscles and open up joints
- Massage
- Boxing session in the Lemon tree grove
- Wild Living workshop

Day 5
- Lie-in and relaxation massage
- Optional adventure hike and swim
- Wild running workshop
- Mobilisation and flexibility session
- Combos around the Cortijo
- A night out with dinner in the local village and even some Spanish dancing for the brave!

Day 6
- A trip to the beach for Lactic lift-off (hard interval training)
- Lovely assorted picnic lunch – making the most of the scenery
- Games on a nearby island with breath-taking views of the sea
- Parkour combo, warm down and breathing workshop

Day 7
- 7 km ‘Run of the bulls’ around the perimeter of the estate with awe inspiring views
- Practical workshop – teaching you how to continue living the wild values back home
- Games
- Individual re-assessments
- Optional boxing or running drills for those who just can’t get enough.
- Relaxation and stretching session followed by a sunset walk and pre-dinner drink

Day 8
- Boxing
- Final Wild Talk with discussion and a last opportunity to quiz our incredibly knowledgeable coaches
- Optional choice to leave early and visit Seville
- Off to the airport, ready to face the urban zoo with renewed vitality!

About Your Fitness Coaches
- Your coaches are all extremely professional and aim to inspire you through revolutionary, natural workouts
- All coaches are put through the retreats own coaching training programme and have several years’ experience as teachers, and are natural athletes and nature lovers
- Your fitness coach will vary from week to week and will be sure to put you through your paces and introduce you to working out for fun and great results


Who Are Our Guests?
- Holidays are typically made up of international travellers looking to get more from their holiday
- Ages vary, but the typical customer falls in to the 25-40 age bracket and guests are a mixture of male and female
- 80% of our guests travel solo
- The majority of our guests are looking to improve their fitness through something different from the gym or exercise classes
- Some guests are already passionate about fitness, and others are looking to get fit from scratch
- Of course, everyone shares a passion or interest in discovering a new skill or continuing a hobby

What Will I Learn?
- The philosophy for this holiday is focussed on nature and going back to your evolutionary origins to get fit
- Rather than spending hours in the gym with modern equipment, you’ll use nature to inspire your fitness workouts and activities
- The idea is that you will exercise with intensity, skill and playfulness
- Although the workouts are challenging, you’ll be surprised how much fun getting fit in stunning natural surroundings can be!
- You’ll learn how eating the delicious natural foods that your body was designed to eat and which make you feel lighter, satisfied, energised and leaner
- Moving with skill and playfulness to develop a lean, strong, flexible & injury-free body
- Respect your body’s natural rhythms of rest and recuperation to achieve results and stay healthy for life
- Learn how your body adapts to the natural environments and enjoy moving, eating and living as nature intended
- You’ll also have plenty of time to relax during your stay and between fitness sessions as recovering it extremely important for your wellbeing


Accommodation
Wildfitness guests stay at the beautiful 17th century Cortijo near the pretty village of Arcos de la Frontera. The Cortijo has 16 bedrooms arranged around a courtyard hung with grape vines and shaded by orange trees. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with breath-taking views of the surrounding wild hills; bathrooms are en suite, fitted with hair dryers and some have baths.

There are many places to chill out inside and out, with chairs and tables in the gardens, courtyard and by the pool. There are communal rooms with fires, including a library to ‘retire to drink brandy’ (or herbal tea) and the veranda offers an authentic setting for Spanish al fresco dining. The Cortijo is that amazing mix of authenticity, style, functionality and comfort.


Meals
- The philosophy for the meals on this holiday are based around ‘Wild Eating’
- You’ll go back to eating simple, natural food similar to the ‘evolutionary diet’  our ancestors would have eaten
- This consists mainly of fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, seafood, nuts, seeds, oils and small amounts of grains and pulses
- The delicious food during your stay in mostly sourced organically and locally
- The menu provided for this holiday has been adapted to follow the wild eating principles
- Vegetarians or those with specific allergies can be catered for but please specify your dietary requirements during the booking process


Run barefoot, climb trees and explore pristine wilderness as you lose weight and tone up through playful fun and new found freedom, which will stay with you long after you return home.
